What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept internationally recognised credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard through either Paypal or Nochex. International customers should use Paypal while UK customers are recommended to use Nochex. You can also telephone us on 020 8090 2761 to place your order.
How safe is it to pay using my credit or debit card?
Both Paypal and Nochex use the latest industry standard 128 bit Secure Socket Layer technology for maximum security between your web browser and their website. We do not hold any of your credit card details online as they are dealt with directly by our Secure Payment Processors at either Paypal or Nochex. All details processed by these processors are encrypted before transmission over the Internet and this should give you complete peace of mind.
How will you use my personal details?
We use the information you provide us:
To process your order and if subscribed to our mailing list, to inform you by email or other available means of products, services, promotions and special offers from enricamaria.com. We will contact you by email or telephone if there is a query regarding your order. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent and we will never sell or give your personal information to anyone including third parties. Period! By using our website, you consent to the information you provide being processed for any of the above purposes. We only hold the following information to process your order: Name, Address, Email address and Telephone number. We DO NOT hold credit card information. This is dealt with by the secure servers at Protx. Cookies allow you to use the shopping cart on our site. Cookies are data files transferred from our site to your computer so that we may identify you when you visit thereby helping us serve you more efficiently. Most computers are pre-set to accept cookies.
Can't remember your password?
If, for any reason, you are unable to remember your password just go to the “My Account” page, enter your email address and make a request for your password to be sent to you. If you have any difficulties, please contact us via the contact us link on the home page.
How much will it cost to send my order?
Our postage and packing charges are: Free for UK orders of £65.00 and over. Items under £65.00 are charged a flat rate of £2.99. All orders will need to be signed for on receipt as proof of delivery.
How do you send the stuff?

BritGlo.co.uk delivers to any destination in the mainland UK and Northern Ireland for £2.99, regardless of order size. All orders received by 2.30pm Monday to Friday are (subject to the necessary checks) dispatched the same day and sent by Royal Mail recorded 1st class delivery. Orders outside these times are dispatched the next working day. All goods will require a signature on receipt as proof of delivery. Please contact us by email, fax or telephone if your goods are not received within 5 working days.
EUROPEAN DELIVERIES
We also deliver to European Union countries at a flat rate of £9.50
Most European orders should be received within 7 working days. All goods will require a signature on receipt as proof of delivery. Please contact us by email, fax or telephone on (0044 208 090 2761) if your goods are not received within 10 working days.
U.S.A, CANADA, AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND DELIVERIES
Deliveries to the U.S, Canada, Australia & New Zealand are charged at a flat rate of £14.99. Please note it can take up to 72 hours to verify your payment details with your bank before goods can be shipped. Deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For and a signature will be required on arrival of goods. Please contact us by email, fax or telephone if your goods are not received within 14 working days.
Duty
Please note that duty is not payable for goods that originate and end in the European Union. Outside the EU any duty and customs costs appropriate to your country are your responsibility. This Delivery details above are part of out Terms & Conditions section.
What is your returns & exchange policy?
You may return the goods to us if you are not satisfied with them provided they are returned in the same condition in which they were sent within 7 days of your receipt of the goods. You may request replacement products, which we will dispatch to you (subject to availability) once we receive the original products which were not satisfactory. When we get the goods back we will issue a full refund or exchange for the price of the goods returned. We are not accountable for minor colour differences as these are due to computer monitor settings. Our only stipulation is that they are in a saleable condition, in other words:
- the tags have not been removed
- the packaging is returned
Returned goods should be sent by special delivery as we are not liable for items lost in the post. Postage paid for returning goods for exchange are not refundable except where the goods you return are faulty or damaged. The cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility. We will not charge any extra to return the exchanged item to you.
